Grass Tree at the Ludlow Turnoff

On the way back to Perth we usually take the Ludlow turnoff. It's a good spot to stop and check the trailer - better to make an early adjustment to the load than having to stop later on the highway. For us, it's a well worn route and routine.

The journey home takes between three and a half to four hours depending on traffic and the load we are carrying. I often think that I could have flown to Melbourne in the same amount of time it takes us to travel to the vineyard!

  1. Ah but such a nicer view, Rae. And I am all for being connected to terra firma. Wonderful composition here, m'dear.
