Oberon Markets

It was more than chilly at the Oberon Markets this morning as Jude and I searched out the tastes of the region for our lunch. The Fifty Kms Lunch we called it as we gathered together delicious local produce made or grown within fifty kms of Bathurst.

The truffles from the Lowes Mount Truffiere stall pictured here were just amazing.

Then it was back to Bathurst with the delectable goodies to prepare a most inviting lunch to be enjoyed with local wine.
