Morning Mist and Cecilia

The low overnight temperature in Bathurst meant it was not only cold when we left our toasty warm accommodation but morning frost covered the grounds.

As we walked to out art group the mist resisted the encroaching sunlight. By mid morning, the grey veil had lifted to and the day warmed to about 11 degrees.

At Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, New South Wales.

  1. Rae, I just love these shots. They're so surreal and cinematic.

  4. Wonderful images. The top one is my favorite. I the fog seems to need someone to materialize from the vapour. Almost expect a brooding Mr Darcy to come shuffling in stage right.

  6. That first photo took my breath away... beautifully balanced and full of atmosphere. The silhouette is timeless and the faint colors, stunning!
