Point Walter

It was a little hazy in Perth today but still a wonderful day to enjoy being around the Swan River. Point Walter is a favourite spot for water sports, a leisurely walk on the sandbar and family picnics. With friends Alan and Helen visiting from Scotland the drive around the river was an ideal way to see Perth, the riverside suburbs and to take some relaxing breaks along the way.

  5. So happy you're back in Perth Rae, I enjoyed your travel pictures so much, but have to say your Perth images are magic, looking back over the last posts since you got back, unbelievable skies and the Hyde Park reflections are perfect! I don't know about you but I was really happy to arrive back in the west by the coast, we are sooo lucky!

  7. It's a beautiful place again. I guess I spent hours after sandbanks wandered barefoot. A great space around. Wishing you a wonderful weekend. / Peter
