Here Lyes...

Welcome to King's Chapel Burying Ground. I started my Freedom Trail walk from Boston's oldest burying ground. Established in 1630, it is a relatively small place with 600 gravestones and 29 table top tombs dating back to the first English immigrants who came to "the New World". An interesting reminder of early settler life, the graveyard space is ever so small for the 1,000 people reportedly buried there.
