Bookshelf Treasures

I enjoy reading books and especially keep an eye out for old children's books or anything for that matter that has an interesting cover, illustrations or stirs special childhood memories. With a little bit of imagination, so much enchantment, adventures and pleasure can be found wrapped up in a hundred or so pages.

  1. IMHO Kindle, the Nook and other readers cannot substitute for this kind of literature and objects of traditional literary beauty.

  4. Love the glow in this photo, not only from the warmth of light, timber and wonderful covers but also from the adventures between them.

  7. I'm a sucker for packaging - these books look appealing in a way electronic gadgetry, no matter how great, can never do!
