  1. Lovely calm scene. Could be Hyde Park London with the soft light and Plane Trees.

  4. Your comment Mark about Hyde Park took me back there. I like the feel of our winter at the moment and of course taking a daily pic helps in getting out and about. Thanks Grace and Craig for your comments. Rae

  5. ummm ... hate to tell you this but ... this shot is of Centennial Park not Hyde Park. It is the Lily Pond with the white 'Monet' bridge. just near the entrance to the Lachlan Swamps.

  6. Julie, sounds interesting. I will check out Centennial Park when in Sydney in August and compare!

  7. You mean that Mt Lawley has a Hyde Park and this shot really is from there?!! Good golly, Miss Molly. It surely looks like our CP here in Sydney. I would commit to meeting you there when you are here in August but, as you know, my August is a work in progress.

  8. Good Golly Miss Molly! I love it. What a great saying; haven't heard it for ages. Let's hope the planets align and we are able to catch up when I am in Sydney. Would love to explore this area and it doesn't look far from where I usually stay in Surry Hills.

  9. And Julie, yes really is Hyde Park here. It's a great to go and take some pics, especially on Sundays when many families/groups are also there.
