This does make one wonder if indeed they think about their own reflections. A lovely, quiet image, Rae (with beautiful deep blues).
Lovely low light capture... the rich blue is so pleasing to the eye.
Wow! Such clarity to this. What were your settings? Which camera do you use?
Diane and Madge, thank you for your comments. This is the first time I have shot in RAW and feel it does make a difference. Julie, I did have a different camera this time - a Canon DSLR and I had been playing with the settings. Will check these out and email. Rae
Amazing clarity Rae. Well done.
All of the above Rae and more! So you used RAW, I have that setting on my Pentax but have not used it yet. Would be interesting to take the same photo in each setting to compare.
I must admit, I was immediately taken by the quality of this image and wondered whether it was straight out of the camera or whether you did some awesome post processing on it! The tones are just perfect. I've been shooting RAW+JPG for several months now. I tend to use the JPG in most instances, but fall back to the RAW image if I need to correct white balance or exposure, or if I want to create a HDR. The only problem with RAW is file size, at 30MB a pop!
Wow. This is a first class shot. I expected to see David Attenborough and his team of professional photographers in the distance. I may have to investigate shooting in RAW. Congrats Rae.
Great picture...Have a nice day,Pierre
