Firing Up the Morning

This weekend, it's down on the vineyard at Nannup. Not yet time to prune the vines, not yet to bottle the wine but certainly time to clear away some of the debris that has gathered over summer.

  1. Oh I bet it's chilly down there Rae, you'll really be needing that fire. Sounds like you'll be burning up some serious energy. Have a great week end.

  5. The colors of this fire give me a welcome sense of warmth even though we have a hot day of summer here in Charleston.

Julie, this was such a raging fire and still smoldering long after the first blaze. Amazing to watch and of course photograph.
